Bell Finest Swiss Beef

Extremely tender, very aromatic and juicy at the same time, this culinary delight is exclusive in several respects: We only use high-quality breeds (Angus, Aubrac, Blonde d'Aquitaine, Original Braunvieh, Charolais, Hereford, Limousin, Piemonteser and Simmentaler). The cattle are kept and fed appropriately with grass and roughage. Each animal is selected individually and strictly by us.

This, however, is not enough: you can also rely on the highest quality when it comes to storage and processing. In particular we allow Bell Finest Swiss Beef to mature on the bone, which guarantees an excellent, natural and strong aroma. The result is a quality which fully lives up to the standard and name of “Finest Swiss Beef”. Connoisseurs will be thrilled with these prime cuts of local produce.
